What I'm About

Reaching out for counseling takes courage and strength. Whether you are seeking support for a life stressor, a recent loss, to explore who you are, to address mental health challenges, or to navigate relationship difficulties, I welcome your contact. My goal is to offer you a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard and validated. I bring warmth, compassion, skill, and caring attention to help you along your journey, and together, we will develop treatment goals, clarify your core values, strengthen coping strategies, and engage in self-exploration leading to lasting change and growth.

Sessions With Me

With over 20 years of experience as a clinician in both California and Michigan, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of mental health and medical settings. Throughout this journey, I’ve found deep fulfillment in supporting both teens and adults. My specialties include helping individuals navigate Eating Disorders, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Couples and Family Dynamics, ADHD, Depression, and managing the emotional aspects of chronic medical conditions. My approach is rooted in empathy, and I’m here to help you work through whatever challenges you may be facing.

My Favorites

I truly believe that the connection you build with your therapist is the most important part of the healing process, even more so than the specific approach they use. My goal is to work with you as a unique individual, creating a treatment plan that brings together the right strategies to help you feel supported and empowered. Whether you’re just starting your therapy journey or continuing along the way, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. Wishing you all the best as you take this important step.
