6-Week Virtual Program

Join us for our eating disorder focused program, designed to be collaborative in nature, where we explore topics related to eating disorder recovery. During our time together, we will work on improving body image, exploring the functions of eating disorders, and navigating recovery. Through discussions, self-reflection, and practical exercises, participants will learn tools to build a healthier relationship with food and their body. The course provides a supportive space to foster self-compassion, emotional resilience, and long-term healing.


Participants can expect:

  • Weekly group sessions, where we explore & discuss topics (more details to come on outline of group)
  • One 30-minute individual session with each facilitator for personalized support
  • Exclusive PDF guide with worksheets and exercises completed in the course
  • HIPAA-compliant group chat for ongoing support and connection with peers


Please note:  This is a coaching group, not psychotherapy. While the course provides valuable tools and support for personal growth, it is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
