What I'm About

Therapy is a collaborative journey that I am privileged to support you on in a safe, welcoming environment. My approach blends humor and warmth to create a space where you can pursue personal goals and a fulfilling life. I empower you to become the architect of your change and uplift you throughout the process. I recognize that meaningful change takes time, and celebrating all successes, big or small, is vital. Building a strong relationship with your therapist is key; I aim to be a genuine and approachable partner, encouraging you to bring your authentic self to our work together!

Sessions With Me

Each session is a new opportunity to walk alongside you and uplift you to achieve your goals, and I am honored to be able to do so. In our sessions, you will be empowered to lead and set the pace of your vulnerability, without feeling rushed. You are the expert in your own story. Opening up to someone new can be challenging, and I am ready to sit with you through that. Together, we will work through life’s challenges, build confidence in your story, laugh and cry, while reinforcing your resiliency and growing your toolbox of coping skills. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all relationship, and sessions will be tailored to meet your needs and desires. The journey may not be linear, but we’re in it together!

My Favorites

Recognizing each individual’s uniqueness, my therapy approach is tailored to their specific needs. I use an eclectic, trauma-informed style, centered on a strengths-based, evidence-based framework. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and somatic practices to release bodily tension. This blend creates a holistic and adaptive therapeutic environment that supports each client's healing and growth.
